请问国内外的地产基金有什么异同？需要什么样的人才呢？
是不是国内现在只有REITs的初步立法，还不成形呢？
请各位大侠不吝赐教，谢谢了：）

我最近也在了解这方面的事情，
国内REITs还是起步阶段，
但很多公司开始准备这方的事情。

在中国做得比较不错的是凯德，
但他们把产品放到新加坡上市了。
