4、Before being simplified, the instructions for computing income tax in CR(地名) were to ad 2 percent of one’s annual income to the average (arithmetic mean) of 100 units of CR’s currency and 1 percent of one’s annual income. Which of the following represents the simplified formula for computing the income tax, in CR’S currency, for a person in that county whose annual income is I?

A、 50+I/200B、50+3I/100C、50+I/40D、100+I/50E、 100+3I/100

我也是弱的。。
题目说的是 TAX=2%income+100个average mean of currency+1%income
简化之后就是 100+3I/100

percent of one’s annual income ——————2%I
100 units of CR’s currency————100
1 percent of one’s annual income————1%I
有个average～所以上面两个相加除以2～
