Q122 on JJ??????

confused abt the answer for question 122 on JJ.....the JJ shows that the answer is A but I think B or maybe D is the correct one.
since we already knew Y^2=16/9, then we can easily get what a is!!!!!!

can someone please explain this question for me?????

2的话，代入y平方求出x平方等于十六分之二十五，能求出X有两个解，但不能确定哪一个，错
