At a fruit stand yesterday, the price of each apple was $0.10 more than the price of each orange. What was the total revenue from the sale of oranges at the fruit stand yesterday?

(1) The number of oranges sold at the fruit stand
yesterday was 5 more than the number of
apples.

(2) The total revenue from the sale of apples
at the fruit stand yesterday was $15.00
答案是C，但是我觉得两个条件加起来都推不出来啊，有米有谁能讲讲怎么算的？谢谢

Number of apples = N
Number of oranges = N + 5
Price of each orange = x
Price of each apple = x + 0.1

N(x+0.1) = 15
显然解不出来啊。。。。。我也疑惑。。。

As the number of apples is 5 more than the no of oranges, so the minimum no of apples is 6.
假设苹果卖掉6个or8个
Revenue from the sale of apples = 15=6*2.5 ---1 or
8*1.875-----2

For case 1, revenues for oranges would be 1*2.4 =2.4
Total 2.4+15 = 17.4

Case 2

3*(1.875-.1) = 5.325

Total revenues = 5.325+15 = 20.325

两种答案不一样

所以不可能选C
