Whose跳过with+n介词短语结构修饰young people，介词短语不是句子主干，找主干的时候可以拿掉不看
如果是用and的话，那么young people是are的主语，with连接两个并列的修饰成分，一个是higher-than-average blood pressure，那么A/C中的另外一个修饰都是S+V的结构，不能和一个n对称，所以A/C错

B.    whose families have a history of high blood pressure

这里选B的话。。。就是with 介词短语和whose 的定从并列。。。唉。。。怎么回事呢？请赐教。。。
