小女不太理解本题意思，认为选B比较好，但是答案是A，望各位指教

题目意思就是要投资银行要为企业客户向其他机构筹款，同时又需要为有些机构提供企业的信用等级，要长期发展，就要平衡的处理，那题干问哪个阻碍了长期发展，BCDE都有 “要平衡的、公正的处理”的意思，而A里的一个SOLELY就说明这个是有偏倚的，所以选A。。。我讲的不太清楚，不晓得你理解不。。。。

简而言之，文中写说了一个概念，Analyses of companies’ financial health need to be unbiased if an investment bank is to achieve long-term success.

IB的LONG TERM是靠Analyst的客观性。

5个选项中，只有A说，只靠solely engaged in raising capital for clients的经理的评价来评价分析员，可是经理们当然会说“GOOD GOOD GOOD”，不会带有客观性的去集资。

同意galan 的见解，本题的题干实际是在讲analyst的客观性会影响investment bank 的success,所以，要weaken investment bank 的success，就需要找出可能存在analyst不客观的practice.
