Q27，C对。C说的选择大学可能的人不比不选择大学课程的人更不容易犯罪。也就是说对比的双方的犯罪的可能性一样大，在这样的假设的基础上argument才有意义，如果本来要选大学课程的人就更不容易犯罪，那么让不让他们选择结果都是一样，就不能用来作为最后结论的判据

第一题的C，我有个问题。

把C取非， The group of inmates who chose to take college-level courses were already less likely than other inmates to commit crimes after being released. 意思是准备上学的比其他释放的较少可能犯罪。 这样的话，就支持了argument point而不是weaken。 因为argument说的是，正因为释放以后较少犯错，deny them才是违背政府初衷。

把B取非，Former inmates are more likely to commit crimes than are members of the general population.也就是说，无论如何，犯了罪的一定更容易犯罪，所以deny不违背。 这样就weaken了argument

所以我觉得是B而不是C
