fA的意思是ormer chairman做了18年之后，再去做board member 做了28年，逻辑上不是很顺了。

Joan做那些事情的时候，他的身份就是chair，而不是前任chair？这个题真恶心。。。
就好比说：as the president of the usa, clinton had an affair with...而不是as the former president of the usa, clinton had an affair with...
