答案是E啊，可是我觉得E不能算削弱吧。它又没有说结果已经出了。如果说已经有了结果说saving增加了。那么E就可以用来削弱说不是因为tax code的原因。可是它还没有事实么。那么不saving的人减少+tax code两者相加更加多saving了丫。不是更好么？所以说E应该属于无关项吧

答案是A啊。可是我觉得A削弱的是目的啊。题目问的是challenge the proposal不是challenge the DOT‘s intend 啊。他整个proposal就是要全民有带气球的车坐，D说大家都去买1998年前的车了，那么没什么人坐有气球的车了嘛。A只是削弱了目的。不是proposal啊

答案是C。我觉得吧，整个题目的逻辑是这样的：
A细菌在病毒有的时候茁壮成长——》B所以说其实病毒是元凶
潜台词就是还是细菌引发了症状，单病毒式不成事的，不过催化剂尔。however，C就出了个病毒，好比氯酸钾加热生成氧气用二氧化锰催化么。单二氧化锰是无法生成氧气的。
所以应该是B啊，直接证明它的催化作用么

LZ第一题CD有讨论的啊，你可以搜一搜啊。你选什么的？？？
第一题分析：读题的时候我是这样分析的。ABC我读的时候也不怎么确定是什么意思，觉得是无关的，而D选项是支持选项。E选项（这是我自己的想法）：the savings rate will increase without changes to the tax cod，但是文中所要改变SAVING RATE。所以我就选了。分析的不透彻。你还是上网搜一搜吧。
第二题：楼主要注意这句话 would reduce the average number of fatalities 。所以不关买车的事情。
第三题：我做的时候也和LZ一样选了B，但是看了答案恍然大悟。太粗心了。

。要加强原文implying that it is actually the virus that causes the new disease这句话。C选项说了在很多的疾病中只发现V单独一个。但不加强了原文吗。

我不是NN。现在也在为CR郁闷，就担心考试时候要加快速度就会错。那个第三题就是个好例子，前面的题做得慢了，后面一加快速度就没仔细看了。
