我不理解的是为什么10 percent productivity increase is possible和a 20 percent increase is attainable 对Quore, Inc来说才能算是increase，为什么小于10%不可以呢？

同问同问，和LZ想法完全一致呀，但我想可能E是这五个选项中最靠谱的吧，其他的肯定不行，所以只能忽略那点“小毛病”吧！
