为什么不选D啊？不是说和budget有关吗？我我觉得B取非是不是就是说因为被批的大部分属于总统控制，所以暗含其实有政治力量，削弱原文啊。但是D取非说价格其实差不多所以说明不是budget的因素啊？从而削弱了啊对不对？

我觉得第一题选D D说他们花了更多的时间去干别的activity, such as teaching and mentoring, than they do in pursuing their own research 所以才有可能 that by then they have exhausted the opportunity for creative work in that field.  他是问加强 愚见 open to discuss

第2题批评人根据被cancel的projects有90%都是oppsition parties的所以说他是因为政治报复反对党 结论是总统并不是因为政治原因而是财政策略cancel 他的理由是无党派人士说总统cancel的那些project都是不合格的！

我们对B取非那就是说被认为是不合格的大部分都是总统的，现在总统cancel了90&的都是oppsition parties的 所以是因为政治原因。请指正！
