题目强调的是平均工资

A.答案指出厨师人多，但没提薪水，如果起薪低的话，10％可能的影响将不会很大，同时如果管理组的起薪高，那么8％会是很大一笔钱（比较“一个CEO的工资增长1％” 和“两个民工的工资增长50％”谁多）

B.直接提到平均薪水，所以不用考虑人数............吧.......
