題目既然說沒有任何區域的人口大於10% 那麼就表示每個區域的人口都是一樣的所以應該11X=132000才對呀
不懂為何PP要x+(x+0.1x)x10=132,000
x=11,000

x=11,000

题目是说分成的11区, 没有任何一个区大于另外一个区的10%.
问题问, 最小分区可以是多少.

求最小就得其他最大, 因此11个区, 最小分区X, 其他10个区设最大值即都刚好大于最小分区的10%, 也就是1.1X.

即便是按你的理解, 那么可能性也有很多.
11个分区, 没有任何一个分区大于其他任何一个分区的10%, 那可以是大于1%,2%,3%,4%, 一直到10%; 数值不同.
