C说的是给已经在微波炉里处理过的食物加盐可以增加食物中毒的危险性。

题目中的关键信息是细菌导致食物中毒,盐只是被发现阻碍了微波炉的杀菌作用。同ls所说,对已经从微波炉拿出来的食物加盐并不会对细菌的多少产生影响,所以C是错的。

这是一道LSAT题
考的其实是语法的理解
C和D得区别就在于一个是HAS BEEN COOKED一个是TO BE COOKED,看清楚这个就不难理解了。
