数学，before being simplified,the instruction for computing income tax in country R were to add 2% of one's annual income to the average of 100 units of country R's currency and 1% of one's annual income.which of the following represents the simplified formula for computing the income tax in country R's currency,for a person in that country whose annual income is I?

C50+I/40
D100+I/50
E100+3I/100

选 50＋I/40 这一项

题目的意思是：计算个税的方法是： 2％的收入加上R国货币100个单位和1％收入的平均值的和

即 2% I+(100+1% I)/2 。化简即得答案。

我是这么理解的，假如用1，2，3，4，5代表五个人的话，1，2，3，4，5与2，3，4，5，1这种排列是一样的。答案应该是5！/5，答案是24吧？

5个人的排序有5！种，但对于圆桌来说12345，23451，34512，45123，51234这五种排列是一样的，所以要除以5.
