我想问问E错在那里了。。。A B D不用解释了。。。哈哈。。。应该是C中的be helped to bolster...这个地方没错吗？

possibly作为adv不能修饰名词
because is ambiguous
第一条致命, 第二条不好
2.E
AB while 可以作很多解释, 不如but精确. in its payment and in its paying are unnecessarily wordy.
D. proving is not parallel to became.
E. precise and brief, "falling" precisely modify "proved unable" .
