正确答案: A

偶觉得A是不对，但是同时B也有问题。我已经看了论坛内关于这道题的讨论，还是觉得B有问题，理由如下：

题目推论是因为"Air-pollution regulation on local industry" 导致 "鸟多"，所以"需要在其他城市推广"
B是说 "Air-pollution regualtion on local industry" 会SIGNIFICANTLY影响空气质量。
1. 空气质量和鸟多不一定相关啊！
2.那Air-pollution regulation即使不会SIGNIFICANTLY影响空气质量，只要能影响到鸟类数量增多的程度，就应该在其他城市推广啊。
所以偶觉得B与题目也无关。
