忘了是PP还是GWD原题：
就是那个Wood sled和plastic sled 的。说Wood sled 速度慢，转向好，但是自从用了plastic sled 之后，小孩受伤的数量上升，所以是因为plastic sled 的原因，问削弱。

使用次数/频率 X 受伤概率 = 受伤次数，可见两个变量决定是否受伤绝对次数大。结论说概率大，那么削弱它就要选另一个变量，C选项的意思说明塑料的使用场合多（使用次数大）。
查了OG，答案是C。
