第一题不太明白是什么意思, 主要是题干的最后一句话, 那个interest是指什么? 答案是B

第二题主要是C, D有点迷惑,我觉得应该是C,不过D有不能完全否定. 答案是D

第一题结论是因为两组人都对研究工作有兴趣，因此工作效率都提升了。选项就是选一个他因：我最开始选的E，但是看答案觉得还是B靠谱些，E作为原因无法解释为什么两组人的工作效率都提升，顶多说明工作效率这事儿和明亮程度无关；B说因为drab workroom只能容纳65个人，硬塞进去100个人，工作效率必然低，自然弄出去50个，效率就提升了。

第二题C肯定不对，没有题干中两类药的比较，属于无关项，D有明确两类药的差异，在于Novex的是非处方药。

两个题目的正确选项与题干结论都不是简单的因果关系，而是有一个推理的步骤。所以麻烦点。

第一题既然E说了调到明亮房间工作的人说不喜欢那个房间, 这样就可以削弱结论说是因为interest导致的效率提升啊...

第二题我知道D比C好, 可是有点不明白的是为什么Novex是非处方药就能说明更多医院愿意提供Novex呢,难道是因为医院嫌麻烦, 觉得非处方药方便便宜?

第一题如果照你这么说的话，那明亮那组房间的效率岂不是应该下降，所以解释不了。

题目的意思是做这个实验期待得出的结果是明亮那组房间工人的效率上升，而暗房间那组工人效率下降或不变，但暗房间的那组工人效率也上升了，这是为什么呢？因此答案要给出一个能使暗房间那组效率上升的解释。

第二题C根本就没点出来Novex和别的药有什么不同啊，而D给出了另一个novex卖得好的原因，所以就不是因为广告里的原因了。

第二题你的问题同样可以问到第一个题上，实际上题干中同样并无工作效率和房间容纳人数的直接逻辑关系，是我们自己推理觉得应该太挤了工作效率就低；第二题也一样，只要从选项的内容上就可以判断出必然是D了，至于为什么非处方药就愿意提供，这之间的逻辑关系题干没提供，自己猜吧，毕竟我们不了解美国的医疗体系。
