I think you may hv to take visa issue into your consideration. Can you ensure that you can get F-1 visa to US? if not, at that time when you are denied for your visa, what's your plan at that time? of cus, I pearsonally feel getting a visa in Canada would be more easier than in China.

I agree with Uscanmba04. U have to consider the risk of visa unless u are now in USA. However, up to now, if u just got these two offers, u can accept both of them and apply the visas of US and CA. If u finally got the visa of US (CA's visa is not difficult), to take Tippie is a better choice in my mind. Still, if u get Kelley's offer, i do think Kelley is better than Tippie. BTW, if u are an immigrant in Canada, it may be another story because u have to choose to stay in CA or move to US.

I am in China. Application for both VISA, is a good idea. But if, I pass both, which one is better, York or IOWA. I guess in your opinion: US is the first choice.

It is hard to say IOWA is totally better than York, but you have to make a choice. In my mind, if you are not an immigrant of Canada, IOWA will be better. York is more suitable for immigrants in this case. It still depends on your situation. Good luck.

You may make your decision based on other factors like: location, cost, job market, student networking, etc. Again, don't forget it's much easier to get Canadian immigration than U.S, if you want to stay in North America after graduation.
