我选了A。因为佛州比其他州吸引更多的退休职工，虽然percentage有所下降，但还是会有更多的退休人来～所以不会对那些商业造成影响～

恩，我是把another state当成除佛州之外的其它州了～现在想想就明白很多了～

但照你的解释，因为退休而要迁移的总人数增加，其实A在这里也充当了隐含假设，即使总人数增加再多，但退休的人并不愿意去佛州的话，还是没用的～
