lawer，冒昧的请教一个你解释过的遗留问题。。。深深的纠结中

看了你关于充分必要关系的削弱和因果关系的削弱以后感觉收获颇多。但下面这个题又让我没了头绪，很是纠结。。。

Last year the rate of inflation was 1.2 percent, but for the current year it has been 4 percent. We can conclude that inflation is on an upward trend and the rate will be still higher next year.Which of the following, if true, most seriously weakens the conclusion above?

(A) The inflation figures were computed on the basis of a representative sample of economic data rather than all of the available data.

(B) Last year a dip in oil prices brought inflation temporarily below its recent stable annual level of 4 percent.

(C) Increases in the pay of some workers are tied to the level of inflation, and at an inflation rate of 4 percent or above, these pay raises constitute a force causing further inflation.

(D) The 1.2 percent rate of inflation last year represented a ten-year low.（B）

(E) Government intervention cannot affect the rate of inflation to any significant degree.

我对这题的分析是这样的：数据 与 结论 是充分必要关系，因为can conclude。（不知道对不对，这里比较困惑，因为这个区别太细微了，希望lawer能一阵见血的指点迷津。。。。。）

如果是那样的话，就像你说的，充分必要的削弱要保证充分条件，否定必要条件，即：肯定数据，否定结论。  而否定的过程可能是这样：“其他条件：油价”在保证充分条件成立的基础上，达到使必要条件不一定成立的效果。。。。。（看了答案后，自己分析的，不知道正不正确，希望lawer确认）

最后，如果把A选项改成：数据来源不可靠之类的，是不是还不能选？？？（因为OG后面的解释是：数据虽然不是“全部”，但还是“representitive”的）

个人觉得选B， 对否？ A选项无关，现在要削弱的是inflation increase， 而B说inflation rate stable ..

答案是B 没错  

可我觉得你这个  “有关无关”  判断的有点。。。
