GWD BF找不到来源

不好意思，不是不想贴题号，是对应不到，此题出于GWD_Total31版本中第六卷17题，但我在XY13,TN-24包括GWD纯洁版都找不到原题，希望能和众NN讨论一下

我选的是D，答案是E。我觉得第一句黑体就是policy本身，是argument要评价的；是不是说第二句不是grounds是evidence？

我觉得很难分辨，解题的切入点到底在哪里？

这类题我的方法是，不在句子意思上过分纠结，重点看黑体逻辑关系，还有黑体到底是个什么（理论建议，实际措施，猜测假设...）。

黑体1：通过大概意思看出，是一个措施手段， 而非policy。文中的真正的policy是“Hachnut wants its managers to have international experience”。（policy是一种目的性质的东西，没有替换的可能性。而手段措施是可能有很多种选择的。）

黑体2：是讲其他措施也能达到同样目的。因为你认为 黑体1是policy，所以，你看D的second 解释也是对的。如果搞清楚什么是policy，什么是实际措施手段，就好办了。

本来想自己先做这题，看能否做对，结果你把E给放大了，摆明了是正确选项。哎，多少干扰了我的做题思路。

我查了一下我下载的GWD_Total31版本中第六卷17题，答案确实是D啊。

我也困惑了。总之，abc肯定是错了。就剩下DE了。

仔细看E：... the policy should be abandoned. 文中结论是：if...Hachnut should discontinue the sponsorship program. 这样看，就是说policy=sponsorship program。然而，黑体1就是“sponsorship program”这个内容！所以，E本身前后矛盾。

对于policy的理解，我不太清楚了，困惑。
