原文中说没有M细胞的老鼠被感染时没有N升高的现象，C说，在老鼠中M促进N产生或抑制(N减少或消失），请注意M抑制N减少或消失，如果有其它途径N增加，则N还是会升高，所以，C的意思是，M能让N更多或让N减少得更少，WHICH指的是A PROCESS。符合原文的论述。
