这题怎么了  这篇文章你要明白说了开罚单和超速 这两件事情  作者的结论是说装雷达的比不装的更有可能超速  他的reasoning是33%超速而开罚单（tickets）都装了雷达   但是这两者并不能联系起来！ B说那些超速而开罚单（tickets）比超速没有开罚单的更容易超速 这就说明了问题样本具有代表性！希望对你有帮助
