【自己监督每日小分队练习加油】

由于是分队菜鸟，不知道怎么训练以及打卡计时，所以自己开一个帖子记录每天情况，也算是一个自我监督吧~
Let‘s start from here. I love GMAT!

Apr.3rd【34-13经管】
Speed: （这个部分给自己规定每篇90s）
[warm up]
In the begining, the author describes a condition sight about house,people's clothing and something else. And then a question is been answers , finally the author affirm a conclusion that about the topic.
[time 2]
Firstly, the author uses a movie to tell the topic, next paragraph explains the vision
没读懂最后一段讲什么。。貌似是各个地方的水世界？

blue revolution is the topic. first and last paragraph is echoed.中间段没懂
[time 4]
first the author rise a question about ocean heating. OTEC... then stating the recently situation and a person's point. lastOTEC...

“速度练习的时候，很多队友在才开始跟小分队阅读的时候不知道该干啥，所以开着timer读完打卡走人。这种情况下，最容易出现的情况就是：看完了不知所云，走神发呆混时间。我很负责任地说，这样的训练效果不大（我最开始跟小分队练习的7系、部分9系内容就是这样混过来的），就算有进步也不明显。

所以，我强烈推荐大家看完了速度练习用简单的1-3句话对该部分内容进行简单的总结。不管你写得对不对，写下来！这样你才会逼自己看进去。开timer，到点打卡谁不会呀~ 可是，真正吸收的有营养的部分有多少呢？别忽悠自己，把每一次的练习认真做完，让每一次的练习都最大化你们的进步。 ”

打卡就是把你在小分队下做的阅读包括speaker speed 和obstacle ，在计时的情况下，进行回忆总结，我的做法是一个timer下来把这一段的中心思想写下来。如果刚开始有困难的话可以不计时多读几遍直到读懂，不过坚持一段时间你就可以计时训练了的。我也有个小分队打卡贴

看了瓜瓜给自己的留言，清楚了很多。很感谢CD上无私的人。决定自己水平还达不到及时的水准，决定用count up来做，力求看懂明白，不求打卡走人。

Speed: 关于patent troll 很陌生的一个题材
【warm up】1:36
introduce the patent troll, which appeals lots of patent and uses this making money. What's more, it is said the congress will take an action to do with it.
【time 2】时间就不说了10mins+ 捂脸
first of all, it says something about recently of this companies's condition, and the congress establish a law to settle this problem. And then the author analysis the feasibility of this action....失忆了。。
the reason and the result.

Obama supports congress that to establish a law for patent protective. and the senator also think it suit for this phenomenon..

The main idea is to say three ways for congress to keep patent troll away. former several paragraphs tell some conditions about it, then first way is ...second...third....

Obstacle: 好难啊TT
貌似在讲中国经济的一个现象吧。。。呜呜捂脸

Describe that failure and success of a people who in company, runing counter is the top phymiad, front-line is the buttom. But little they do than the front line people.

paradox:the top prhmail think they are buttom. And nowadays a team is change of roles, leadership..

an action, make the people who face customers and who support them close, probably aim to make the company more profit and reasonable in all section.
