这一题的答案是c~~但是我觉得c的逻辑有问题的~~有没有高人指点一下看看我的想法有什么问题？

今天的顾客期待高品质的商品，只要有生产出来的产品质量有所提高顾客对于商品的期待也会提高。

公司的goal是满足甚至超过customer的期望

c说这个goal只有在产品质量有可能提高的前提下才能被实现，我觉得不对的这个逻辑，如果产品质量已经到达顶峰那么没有advance 出现了，顾客的期望也就不会再提高了，那么只要维持现在的最佳的产品质量质量，公司的goal就能实现~~你们觉得又没有道理~~虽然有点牛角尖~~~呵呵~~

advance quality 导致 customer expectation 提高

满足customer expectation 就要 adcance quality

即：advance quality —— customer expecta rise ——advance quality to fulfill expectation

成了一个循环的事件

公司的goal就是fulfill expectation，即在此循环之中，那就注定要继续循环下去……
