第一题选A，In.....was EE,who....,  and  who 平行，

B中having有修饰floor的歧义，power的搭配是to，不是of。 

C,E whose用的不对。in which 和where同时出现的时候  介词+which好过where，因为更明确

D的with不对，改成伴随状态了，BE的having也是有一种伴随结果的意思修饰前面整个句子也有修饰floor的歧异，而原文是修饰 Esaugetu Emissee 来着

第2题选C。  oer milligram是个插入语，拿掉以后就是

A new hair-growing........the price that the drug's maker,,,,,,,   后面这句话是修饰这个price的。
