7.17 二战740，少量jj

去年在职一战660, AWA 6, Math 48, Verbal 33，今年向公司请了2星期复习。今天终于一雪前耻M49，V41，740。在此各感谢CD的帮助。

今天考时pace比平常练习乱很多。数学最后10条只剩9分钟，很多题目没有很小心看就选答案，但对于平常数学拿49-51，估计再差也有45。休息过后对自己说verbal的pace不可以乱，但最终比数学更惨厉，最后10条只剩5分钟，当中还有一篇RC，看钟时心跳估计达到150，手心不断冒汗，唯有放弃RC和CR，只做SC（时间需求比较少，做对做多的几率比较高），而做RC和CR时只看keywords，基本上没有多余时间看题目。惊险过后，2分钟决定报分时，内心很挣扎，最后也决定报分，看到740分，狂喜。相信因为前段做的慢时也同时提升了准确性。

心得：多练习pace！做prep时要注意前段的准确性！

来一点jj：

1. Exchange rate: 1US = 0.8Euro, additional charge 4% on Euro.  How much euro is exchanged for $1830 USD?
不记得选择，算了很久也找不到答案，只选了一个2000以上的答案

2. 一个fraction，分子，分母也是integers，其中一个偶数，一个奇数，求分子是否偶数
（1）fraction > 1   （2）fraction 是整数，我选B

3. 求过去13天卖书的median
（1）过去7天每天卖43本   （2）过去13天卖了400本， 选C

4. 求6是否(m+1)(m-1)的factor
（1）m is not divisble by 2     (2) m is not divisble by 3

5. 4 jars, each with equal water in the beginning --> move the water so that the ratio is 1:6:5:4, what fraction of water is moved?
Answer: 3/4

6. In a 100 pounds fruit, 99% is water.  After dehydrating, the water content is 98%, the weight of fruit content remains unchanged, what is the weight of the fruit?
--> originally 1 pound is the weight of the fruit content, assume x is the water content after hydration, then x/(1+x) = 0.98, x=49, answer = 50 pounds

Verbal

1.  说一间motorcycle公司在儿童杂志卖广告，但有人认为儿童不能买，而且说服父母买了也不能坐，所以waste of money，问weaken，应该是该公司希望令小朋友对他们有好感，准备明年推出的儿童单车

2. 说什么service industry相对重工业显得越来越重要，而重工业是carbon dioxide emission的主要原因，所以carbon dioxide的总排放量减少。问logic有什么问题，应该是confusion between relative decline and absolute decline.

3. 心理学家认为有些人常以为有人在后面看他们，其实是当他们认为有人看他们的时候，他们会turn their heads and that this action will attract attention from nearby people to look at them。所以人以为有人在后面看他们并不是真的，问evaluate，我选了，when there are someone behind them, as well as when no one behind them, how frequent will they turn their heads

4. 一种动物的主要threat是hunter和与人类接触是感染的fatal disease，有人提议限制tourist和human living near the habitat of the animal,  保育团体说这会更危险，问reason，我选了hunter在有tourist和有人居住的地方不敢猎杀该动物

大概是这样咯，其他的也就记不起。。

1US = 0.8Euro，应该是欧元值钱。1830的USD还要算上4%的手续费，怎么能换到2000以上的欧元呢？

选A 吧

对对，哈哈，当时已经非常乱，算两次算不出来，便放弃了，只想确保可以完成所有题目。听说做不完的penalty满厉害的。
