考虑B发生最最晚的时间，这种极端情况。

也就是无论如何，B肯定在1765年之前。

1st 说道S被抓，因为peddling无许可（许可有无是不相关的东西）。就是说，1739年被抓时，他在peddling。 2nd 说他自己has been peddling 20年了。（完成进行时，说明至少干20年，之后可能会继续peddling）。

a.错，没有说恰好20年被抓。

b.没有提到他反复被抓。（2nd提过他peddling 是on and off的）

c.1739 - 1765间隔了26年。1739被抓的时候他已经peddling了，而他干了至少20年，这样他非常可能在1765年以前写的2nd doc。

d.1st doc在2nd doc后写的。干了20年之后，被抓的？我认为不一定。文章没说arrest后，就永远不能peddle。

为什么会超过20年！！

哪里有表示说over 20 years 了。
