这道题答案是C，我在B和C中犹豫，因为就B来说，题目先提到雨灾使农民无法种玉米。然后话锋一转开始说种大豆的季节到了，问农民为啥不种大豆。结合他的信息，我觉得 B说因为雨灾使农民经济上损失惨重，自然即使土地是干的，也没有钱去买大豆种子啊，成本都付不起，那么大豆价格再高，也只能如题中所说，不种大豆了。
