第二季度结束 share price of a certain mutual fund=150% the beginning of the year

所以第二季度相比第一季度上升的百分比=(150-120)/120=30/120=1/4=25%

关键是最后一句话的理解．

设年初是A,那三月份就是1.2Ａ，六月是1.5A.那从三月到六月增加的百分比是0.3A/1.2A，就是25%
