I'm subleasing a Furnished 2-bedroom at GrandMarc for the last month of current leasing term (August 1-August 24) to two persons.  The specially preferential price is ONLY 685 PER PERSON!!! The standard days of the last leasing month in GrandMarc are usually 24 days, and the market price is $865/bedroom/month.  If you could help me with this sublease, I agree to cut down the price to $685/bedroom/month for the last month, so I will pay $180 for each of you!!! 

All utilities and Top level amenities included in the rent, such as: Water, heat, electricity, trash disposal, air conditioning; Private Bedroom with inside Bathroom; Washer/dryer in every apartment; Free High-speed internet access; Cable TV included;  Computer Lab with free printer, etc.

GrandMarc is located across one street from the University of Minnesota Law School and is right down the road from the Carlson School of Management and the Humphrey
                    Center. GrandMarc is situated on multiple bus routes such as the U of M Campus Connectors and many Metro Transit lines. From GrandMarc, you could reach Law
                    School within 3 minutes (door-to-door). 

You and your roommate (if you want to lease the whole 2bedroom unit by yourself, it will also be fine) could continue to stay here and feel free to sign your lease directly with the leasing office.
