[求助]这封letter是干嘛的?

以下是我申请的学校的一封email.我一开始以为是offer,但一看应该是invitation.但再一看又搞不懂这是什么信啊?

some pertinent information in our Student resource Guide to get you started:

Please carefully review the curriculum plan that you established in conjunction
with your academic advisor.  Based on the course requirements, make a decision
as to which courses you would like to begin with this quarter.  To view courses
for the term visit our website at www.gsb.luc.edu.  The “Course Schedule” link
is on the left side of the home page under the “Academics” heading.

If you have not met with an advisor yet, you should do so before registering
for your courses.   Please call the Graduate School of Business at ****to schedule an appointment.  Please be sure to indicate your academic program
when calling.

我不明白的是红色部分是啥意思啊?registering for your courses意味着是我已经被录取了么?大家帮我看看.

谢谢,那这种信我应该怎么回呢?要不要问问他我是不是被录了?我还没有收到他的录取通知和I-20表.

我也有同样困惑。我总觉得如果是被录取了，那这种邮件应该在收到offer以后再发。

要不然不是让人空欢喜一场。
