求翻译：尤其是 less likely to be..by A than by B是说谁比谁可能性小？

file在此暂被理解为“提起（诉讼）”的话，意思是说，被临时合同工提起诉讼的可能性小于被永久员工诉讼的可能。

(因为缺主语，暂且这么翻一下)
