62 Claim: Country'X government lowered tariff barriers because doing so served the
interests of powerful foreign companies.
Principle: In order for a change to be explained by the advantages some persons or groups gained from it, it must be shown how the interests of the person or group playing a role in bringing about the change.
Which of the following, if true, can most logically serve as a premise for an argument that uses principle to counter the claim?
(E) Although foreign copanies benefited when Country X lowered tariff barriers, there is no other evidence that these foreign companies induced the change.

陈对这题的解释是这样的：声明中用外国有实力的公司的利益来解释X国降低关税的原因，而原则表明要用有实力的外国公司的利益来解释X国降低关税的原因，声明中还必须表明有实力的外国公司的利益在降低关税中起了什么作用。也就是说外国有实力的公司的利益在X国降低关税的作用是用前者来解释后者的必要条件。
我反复的看了几遍陈的解释，还是一头雾水，谁能帮在下再解释一遍！！！！claim和principle究竟有什么逻辑关系呢？又是如何推导的呢？ |
