据我了解，中欧的申请者平均年龄好像27岁左右，大部分工作都不超过5年，会有多少下属？

It is not absolutely that if you have more subordinates , you are necessarily engaged into top management team . It should be decided by your company , the education level of your subordinates , the job description of this position.....

Maybe someone with only 1-2 years ' WE have dozens of staffs , it is possible .
