The house has a shared bathroom, a living room and a small balcony. There is a large kitchen if you like to cook. We got everything you need in the house including satellite TV, fiber wireless internet, non-coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. The house is in walking distance of 73 bus line (about 5 minutes), which can take you to Harvard Square. It's perfect for Bentley students who don't drive, since the Bentley shuttle is also 5 minutes walk away and it's all young Bentley graduates in the house. An off-street parking slot is also available if you have a car. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood with a park right next to it. 3 minutes walk to a large grocery store. The room is available starting Dec, 30th, and the rent is $350 plus utilities, which is around $50 in the summer. All fees are paid monthly and there is NO LEASE REQUIRED!
