这里选A的话,会不会有its指代不清的问题？its可以指代前面的country啊？

主要是最优原则，其它4个错误更明显，且从逻辑意思和对称性上看，its优先指代the restaurant company 也是合理的。

而且这里its没有指代不清的问题，因为前面只有一个单数名词company可以被指代。好像以前有NN说过用单复数的区别来进行合理的指代和省略是ETS的惯用招数。这道题我也做错了，但是回头想想确实应该选A

d 中having recently .......与后面的with its sales 不平行。and 连接前后的逻辑主语一致并且要性质相同。不知道这样说能不能解释清楚？

having recently .......与后面的with its sales 还是平行的；主要是逻辑主语不对应，成了dangling sentence；另外，having …这个用法很不好，ＯＧ里面讲到过；company’s不知道对不对，感觉……
