我觉得这样也可以。不一定非要用现在完成时吧？这里的完成时是表示什么呢？？

从逻辑意思上面说, 完成时含有对现在的影响, 把完成时换成过去时, 在逻辑意思上面似乎有欠商榷.

对于楼上，查Longman字典，有：

have somebody do something
[especially American English]

eg: I'll have Hudson show you to your room.

我想这里的somebody改成something也不成问题。

而真正的问题在于，不管从“无依附结构”，还是“从句的省略形式”来看，D和E都存在逻辑主语不一致的问题；

D和E的主句的主语是the restaurant company’s sales，不是company，而sales不能成为add动作的发出者

这样不是会造成Run-on Sentence吗? 还是说Although A…, and B…, C….加了逗点反而会让A, B连结没有那么清楚?

C：违反主动优先的原则；its不能指代所有格形式的company's中的company

D,E:除了和C一样的错误外还有：句子开头是连词although， 则having recently 和 recently adding 不符合从句的省略形式，altough引导的都不是句子。

I still have a question..I understand that "its" refers "the restaurant company" 指代ok,

but why used "have increase"??? Why not just "increased" in B?

可以的，没有错，在从句中比如 because s +v +o and s＋v＋o，是可以的，不需要逗号，og中有
