但是在理解上我的想法稍微有一点不同.

禁猎措施让猎季提早结束--说明很早就打满了5％，可见总数已经减少了

即现在已经没那么多可怕的动物了，所以goose已经不是threaton other spieces birds的根本原因.所以原来的措施不管用了!
