题目的结论是说取消雪雁禁的限制可以令其他濒危的鸟类复苏。

B说对雪雁的禁猎期已经缩短了许多年了。也就直接weaken了。

这道题我也做错的，因为一开始觉得这个选项无关的很，就直接排掉了，然后选了一个自己也觉得很牵强的……后来对答案的时候反复研读了下，应该是这么一回事儿：

在北极生活着这样两类小动物，一个是北极飞鸟，一种是企鹅阿雪；而企鹅阿雪的存在严重威胁了北极飞鸟的生存；而企鹅阿雪同时又是万恶的人类猎手比较偏好的的捕杀对象，所以政府有捕杀限令是每年杀满5%的阿雪时，hunting season 就ends 了。

结论说：如果取消这个捕杀企鹅阿雪的限令（dropping this restriction）的话，北极飞鸟们就Happy啦！

所以要weaken的话，就要对 取消限令——>飞鸟Happy 进行反驳

B项直接摆出事实：这个 restriction已经closed 很多年了（相对于scheduled date）来说，也就是暗指企鹅阿雪对北极飞鸟的威胁并没有因为close the  restriction 而改变

想问那个选项里面的closed before the schedule是说已经被dropped了呢，还是说因为每年猎人在schedule day之前就已经捕杀了greese的5%，所以由于restriction的关系就ends了？我理解的是后面一种，也就是说猎人比想象中还要疯狂，他们真的是杀了n多的greese，那这个B就不是直接事实否定了呀~~

题目中的结论是 解除对猎人的限制会大大减少SNOW的数量  因此第一种鸟可以得到恢复

B说其实早就解除了  意思就是现在解除限制 第一种鸟也恢复不了
