收到nielsen的offer，但是犹豫要不要去？

说一下 背景

女 在某国有企业垄断中生存两年，从事半管理工作，不涉及具体的detail的工作，工资不高不低，无快速涨可能，也没有跌的可能。

目前收到nielsen公司的offer，作为entry level，工资比在上述公司大约每年少个3万多，平均每个月少近3000。从事市场调查研究。

前提打算：准备出国留学，读MBA或者直接master

纠缠点：到底是在垄断国企一直这样很稳定然后就出国呢？还是需要自砍几刀去nielsen公司做detail的工作博一下所谓的前途呢?

目前比较不甘的就是：在国企么没有背景就没有希望，维持原封不动。在外企么从头做起钱少之又少也不知道猴年马月能拼上原来的水平？抑或nielsen的前途更好？

我想请教下大家怎么做选择的思路，给我点参考。本人急需回复OFFER所以急等大家高见。谢谢

Your b/c is so similar to mine when I came to U.S after 2 yrs in Strategic Planning Dept of a national monoploy.  It depends on where which area you want to go after MBA. 

If your current employer has "Big Name" with high-level/upclass exposure (such as networking resources of high quality and overseas businesses),  I suggest you stay there for one more year and use the time (workload in state-owned enterprises should be less heavy) to improve your application package.  Lots of people from big SOE got good job offers upon MBA graduation.    

Anyway, just my personal view.

说几句良心话，nielsen比较像个私企，工资的涨幅不是很高，而且有明显的ceiling的，director以上级别的基本没有本土大陆人

是啊，工资一点都不高，这是真的

涨幅也不高，很少，我想很多人想去学的是本事

很困惑，楼上看来是内部人士啊，能不能给点建议啊。
