1. solar转换成电成本降低了

2. T of EV 是使S plant 比 O plant省钱, 每桶油需要提高的价格, 或者说, 就是当每桶油提高到一个特定的价格的时候, S比O省钱, 那个特定的价格就是 T of EV.

3. 但是,在这种情况下 T of EV没有变

问题问那个能解决这个矛盾

A说, 油价下降很厉害, 油价下降厉害, 即使油价下降, 但是如果同时效率降低, O plant成本不一定降低

B说, S的设备变得更便宜了, 甚至原料价格上升到时候, 也照样便宜, 那意思和条件1说的一样, 不能解决矛盾

C说, O的效率提高了, 效率提高, 那么虽然S变得省钱了, O也同时变得省钱了, 所以那个差值 T of EV没变, 解决矛盾

对于这个题目, B绝对不正确, A和C都有一定道理,

简单的说, 如何比较C比A说的更好呢? 注意看题目

题目说 S cost-efficient, 但是, T of EV没变, 这是一个矛盾

就是说, 题目认为, 正常思路是 cost-efficient应该导致T of EV的变化

而看选项C, increase the efficiency, 和题目贴的更紧, 而A说的是油价, 油价相比之下, 不如efficiency说的更直接

所以C为答案
