后两句话：因为中国的政治条例如此封闭，所以不可能有任何程度上的信心知道谁和谁是一伙的以及为什么是一伙。但是中国的政治条例却表现出政治体系的派系分立特点，这种情况主要发生在政治体系公开的社会。所以可以合理的得出中国是一个派系政治体系。

胡说了一通。还没看原文明白呢。

当时没有想到C的作用，误选了E，想法是：E为中国为什么没有政治体系公开社会所具有的特点提出了一个解释：中国是封闭的。承认确实比C答案差很多，但这样的思路为什么不对？

E. China’s political system is more closed than all existing factional political systems.

我觉得D和E的毛病出在做了两个LOR中不涉及的比较。LOR说中国close yet appears to be factional,要支持中国是factional可以补出一个必要条件，说所有close的都是factional.这道题换一个问法就是assumption
