解题思路是什么？运用的是什么数论呀？谢谢了！！

根据题目, h(100)=2×4×6…×100,

通过变形, 把2乘出来可以得到h(100)=2^50×(1×2×3…×50)

那么我们可以得出结论，50以内的全部质数，都是h(100)的质因子

进而我们可以得出， 50以内的质数， 都不可能是h(100)+1的质因子

因此可以得出，h(100)+1的质因子，必然大于47，所以答案为E
