要是have had 是过去完成时的话, 那had had 是什么时啊

我就是纳闷这儿怎么用个了现在完成时, 难道说我以前对现在完成时和过去完成时的理解是完全错了吗?

这是一种习惯用法，og111里面有讲过：

111. Egyptians are credited as having pioneered embalming methods as long ago as 2650 B.C.

(A)  as having

(B)  with having

(C)  to have

(D)  as the ones who

(E)   for being the ones who

In English it is idiomatic usage to credit someone with having done something. Hence, only choice B, the best answer, is idiomatic. The verb credited would have to be changed to regarded for choices A or D to be idiomatic, to believed for choice C to be idiomatic, and to given credit for choice E to be idiomatic.

我觉得是过去完成时，had had,但因为前面有个with,所以此处必须是having had,但表示的是had had的意思。

不知这样理解对不对？
