可以看出MEDIAN应该是在 8 里面（9+4+1+2+1=17，8+10=18）

8个人是6小时

个人理解第一道题是这个意思，10000被存入帐户，然后，它是一个符合的利率，按他给的那个式子增长，问3年后这个钱长到多少？

第一个条件把11000带入公式可得T=1，R=10.然后再把T=3带回。可得答案

第2个条件直接带入R=10，t=3就可以了啊。

所以选D。
