我觉得D只是文章全部改写的浓缩版

D选: 相较于本来有built-in clock, 没有built-in clock微波炉的家庭，也不可能会再放一个要另外要接电的clock。

而D就是假设前提啰！
                    
因为本来就没built-in clock了！表示当初就认为没有使用的必要，于是也不会想再用外接的clock，而刚好符合题目的first sentence 其它后面，都只是要影响思考的废话。

既然进来了顺便说一句，这题打字水平实在够呛啊！结论貌似是

lily的选项跟我一样，但解释跟我有点不一样，我觉得D的意思是

微波炉里没有钟的家庭不会比有钟的家庭多买一个钟。

也就是说如果一般微波炉里没有钟的家庭如果还要另外多用一个钟，那么其家庭费电量与微波炉有钟的家庭不会还是一年差45度了（至少差距缩小）

另外个人觉得相对比较有迷惑性的选项是B：说内置钟的微波炉购买的成本不比无钟的微波炉高。这个结论貌似拉大了两种家庭的成本差，但是看结论的问法仅仅是问耗电量比较，没有提其他经济成本，所以这个选项超出结论讨论范围了。
