第一道题,蓝皮书答案没有错,肯定选D,这是一个典型的绝对数字(Number)和比例(Percent)区别的逻辑题型.

下降了三个百分点只是说占的比例下降，但不一定是绝对人数下降，因为有可能是总的人数基数增大，比例才相对显小，绝对人数并不一定降低，所以刚好就是D说的情况

这类题都是这么考。答题原则是“见到数字找比例，见到比例找数字”
